Yep, it’s getting darker, but it’s just 10pm. Took this one in front of Stadshuset and the tower that we were to visit on the next day.

My mom wanted to see Gamla Staden from the bridge that goes over Långholmen. It took us ages to get to it. My father really wanted to drink beer on a bench and to enjoy the lovely breeze. We did that too, but beer was 2.8%, not worth a picture. This padlock, however, was ;-)

Gamla Stan through a 50/1.8D. I hate plastic lenses that’s why I bought a nice and heavy wide lens the other day. Metal and glass in one. Good stuff.

Nordiska Museet and my mom. Right after Vasa Museet. I’ve been there two times, but I feel like going there again. I love that place!

So, why? Because I love having two rolls of film in the pocket of my jeans. Because it takes me three minutes to take a picture. Because I can’t see the result right away but have to wait for my films to be developed and then scanned. Because I love the smell of emulsion. And because I love grainy memories like these that last forever.

Wanna see my black and white collection? Give me a couple of months to have my darkroom set up again.
